Registration Opens

Before online registration…

  • Go to the Parent Portal on our website, enter your email, and click “Get Started”.

  • If you already have an account, enter your password and log in. If you cannot remember your login information, please click “Forgot Password”, and instructions will be sent to your email.

  • If your family is new to Woodlands, you will be prompted to create a new account.

  • Whether you’re logging in for the first time ever or the first time this year, click your initials in the top right corner and select “My Family”.

  • Here you can setup a new family, add new members to your family, or update any information that may have changed since last summer.

  • Confirm updated Go-Live times for your camper’s age, gender, and program.


During online registration…

  • Log in to your account no more than 15 minutes before your Go-Live time, and select “New Registration”

  • At your Go-Live time, select “Register My Children”. On the next screen you will see all of the events open for registration.

  • Select your desired week of camp and gender division from the eligible weeks, then select your camper. Once your camper is selected, their name will be highlighted in dark gray. Click “Continue”.

  • On the following screen, you can view a summary of charges and pay your $100 (non-refundable) deposit using a debit or credit card. Make sure you have your security code handy.

  • Select the checkbox at the bottom of the screen to agree to the terms and conditions.

  • Finally, click the green button at the bottom of the page that says “Pay”.


Waitlist information…

  • If your desired week is full, a waiting list confirmation box will appear on your screen.

  • To add your camper to the waitlist for that week of camp, click “Continue”.

  • An orange box with the words “Waiting List” will appear next to the event. Select “Continue” to checkout. Since your camper has been waitlisted, no payment is due until a spot becomes available.

  • Check the terms and conditions box and select the green “Continue” button at the bottom of your screen.

  • To check your camper’s waitlist number, select “Registrations” from your account dashboard.

  • The wait listed registration will appear with an orange box and waitlist number.

  • Should a spot become available for your camper, you will be contacted right away by the office to activate your camper’s registration.


After online registration…

  • Please wait 24 hours before completing the following steps to minimize traffic on our site.

  • Roommate Requests

    • To send a roommate request, select “Roommate Request” and “Edit”.

    • Enter the camper’s name and parent’s email address to send the request.

    • If another camper requests your camper as a roommate, you will receive an email with the request code that can be entered here.

    • Campers may have a maximum of six people within their roommate request chain, and the request must be sent and accepted at least two weeks prior to arrival. 

  • Health Form

    • To do this, select “Medical History” and answer the questions on the following screen.

    • Your camper’s Health Form must be completed and digitally signed by a parent/guardian in order to attend camp.

  • Spending Money

    • During the week, campers can purchase items at the gift shop, coffee shop, and snack shops using their store card. To add funds to your camper’s store card, select “Store Card” and “Edit”.

    • Enter the amount you wish to load and select your payment method.

    • Any unused funds will be returned to your camper in cash on the final day of camp. If you wish to donate the remaining balance, select “Donate Remaining Store Credit”.

    • On average, campers spend $50 to $75 during a week of camp.

  • Additional Questions

    • Make sure to enter your church name and camper’s t-shirt size by selecting “Additional Questions”. If you do not have a church home, simply type “None”.
